CHARITY: The Young Professionals Council is throwing a White Party at Tabaq Bistro (1336 U Street NW) this evening to raise money for Starlight, an organization that provides support and entertainment to seriously ill children. Your ticket includes 2 drinks, a cupcake, and food and drink specials. There will be a DJ and dancing, as well as an auction and prizes. 7 p.m. $22 in advance, or $25 at the door.
