- Jim Graham responded to the Post about the allegations that he knew Ted Loza was accepting bribes from an FBI informant in 2008 when Loza presented him with an envelope full of cash. Graham refused it, though, telling WaPo that “I think I saw that in a movie someplace, where you have to initial it.” The Post editorial board, though, suggests that being happy Graham refused a bribe is pretty sad. “[M]aybe we should be happy that Mr. Graham was honest enough not to keep that envelope. But that strikes us as a pretty low standard.”
