Hear Caribbean stories and folklore from Dr. Claire Nelson and learn about the origins of Caribbean food from Doreen Thompson while you enjoy hors d’oeuvres, jerk chicken over polenta, grilled salmon on coconut and roast garlic sweet potato mash, orange coconut bread pudding and a Caribbean cocktail. 6:30-9:30 p.m. $57.60 (includes tax and tip).
