MUSIC: OK Go and Pomplamoose put on a free show at the Kennedy Center to celebrate the Millennium Stage’s (2700 F Street NW) 14th anniversary. While free tickets have already been given out, some standby tickets were still available as of 10 a.m. this morning. The show is at 6 p.m. Free.

FOOD & DRINK: The Whole Foods on P Street (1440 P Street NW) is hosting a Beer Class & Tasting event on their patio tonight, featuring summer brews like River Horse’s Blondes, Schlafly’s Lagers, Leinenkugel’s Summer Shandy Ale and more. MOVIE: The Hirshhorn’s (Independence Avenue and 7th Street SW) Summer Camp: SAUCERIFEROUS! film series continues tonight with the 1953 classic, The War of the Worlds. 7 p.m. Free.

ART: Verna Curtis, curator of photography at the Library of Congress, discusses photo albums from the years before they were brought to us by Facebook, as well as her book on the topic, Photographic Memory: The Album in the Age of Photography, tonight at the Corcoran (500 17th Street NW). 7 p.m. $15.

PARTY: Live Green, a membership organization that supports green businesses and runs the eco-friendly deal site called Green Backs, is celebrating its third birthday with a Summer Block Party at Local 16 (1602 U Street NW). Food will be provided by Java Green and Cafe Green, and there will be drink specials and music. 6-9 p.m. $25.

FUNDRAISER: Helen Hua, a Miss District of Columbia finalist, hosts Masks for Miracles, a fundraiser for the Children’s Miracle Network at One Lounge (1606 20th Street NW). 6-10 p.m. Tickets are $25 in advance, or $35 at the door.
