ART: Tonight’s Phillips After 5 event at the Phillips Collection (600 21st Street NW) will feature beer and cookie pairing by Carla Hall from 5-8:15 p.m. and a gallery talk on “Kandinsky’s Experimental Process” from 6-7 p.m. Tickets: $12.
