BASTILLE DAY: L’Enfant Cafe (2000 18th Street NW) throws their annual Block Party, complete with French Maid Race (8 p.m.) and masked ball (9 p.m.), in celebration of Bastille Day. 4-11 p.m. $5.

CARNIVAL: Come one, come all to the DC Summer Carnival at RFK Stadium (2400 East Capitol Street SE), running through this Sunday, July 17th. 100 rides and your favorite fair food (funnel cakes and fried candy bars) are available. 5 p.m.-midnight. Tickets are $20 for an unlimited ride pass, or $5 for 4 rides.

SPORTS: Head to Nationals Park (1500 South Capitol Street SE) for the 50th Congressional Baseball Game for Charity. Come see Democrats and Republicans of the Senate and House battle it out on a different playing field. Gates open at 5:30 p.m., the game starts at 7 p.m. $10.

MOVIE: Capitol Riverfront Front Row Films (100 Tingey Street SE) presents Breakfast at Tiffany’s on the big outdoor screen tonight. 8:45 p.m. Free.

MUSIC: Stephen Marley and Ghetto Youths Crew, who we profiled on Tuesday, play the 9:30 Club (815 V Street NW) with Zedicus. 7 p.m. $26.

HAPPY HOUR: Drink your way to the 2011 Columbia Heights Day with a series of fundraising happy hours, the first of which is tonight at Wonderland Ballroom (1101 Kenyon Street NW). There will be drink specials, D.C. flag T-shirts for sale and donations collected. 7-11 p.m.
