FOOD & DRINK: Urbana (2121 P Street NW) is celebrating its 5th birthday by offering $5 birthday cocktails, free pizza for Facebook fans who buy a drink at the bar and free ice cream cones and sparkling wine for dinner guests who purchase an entree. These perks continue through July 23rd.

MUSIC: Chuck Redd performs on drums and vibraphone tonight at the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage (2700 F Street NW) with Nicki Parrott on bass and Bucky Pizzarelli on guitar. 6 p.m. Free.

WEDNESDAY: The support for employees of Tune Inn, which was recently damaged by a fire, continues with a Comedy Fundraiser at Capitol Lounge (231 Pennsylvania Avenue SE). Three local comics, Jason Weems, Emily Ruskowski and Brandon Wardell, will yuk it up for a good cause. 8 p.m.

THURSDAY: Architect Kulapat Yantrasast gives at talk at the National Building Museum (401 F Street NW) on his work with wHY Architecture and their recent work: e Grand Rapids Art Museum and the Speed Art Museum expansion. 7-8:30 p.m. $20 public, $15 members, free for students.

FRIDAY: Chinatown Coffee Co. (475 H Street NW) is throwing a Summer Beer Fest Friday, featuring $2 cans of Public Ale from DC Brau Brewing Company and 25 percent off the brews on its summer beer list. 5-9 p.m.
