Remember Pamela Goins? She was the Metro custodian who, in 2008, was fired for her role in a prostitution ring at the Farragut North station. That didn’t stop her from getting another job working for WMATA, though.

The Examiner reports that Goins, under a different name, came back to perform landscaping work for the transit agency as a contractor last summer. The prostitution charges against Goins didn’t stay on her record after she completed a community service program, so Metro really couldn’t deny her the work.

And, hey, if you’re going to rehire the bus driver who punched McGruff, I suppose you’ve got to keep the door open for pretty much everyone else.
