FOOD & DRINK: Yesterday marked the opening of the Squash Blossom Festival at Oyamel (401 7th Street NW). It continues tonight through the 14th, so come out for a variety of squash blossom dishes paired with summery cocktails including Honeydew Punch and Zucchini Mary.

>> It’s BBQ Feast Tuesday on Art and Soul’s patio (415 New Jersey Avenue NW). Come out for roasted pork shoulder, smoked sausage and chicken, and sides of baked beans, cornbread and coleslaw. 5:30-10:30 p.m. $32 (plus tax and tip).
