It appears as if attendance at Washington Redskins training camp has declined measurably so far this summer. (You know things are bad when Dan Snyder starts offering free admission.) This is pretty shocking news — I mean, who would have ever thought that having the take a day off from work to watch a barely-competitive practice by a team that hasn’t made the postseason in several years and is owned by a guy who apparently believes some of his fan base can’t govern itself while the sun beats down on you in far-out suburban Virginia would be such a drag? I sure didn’t.
