We realize that many Virginians had a pretty rough commute this morning. But, hey, at least the horses were comfortable. The above footage, captured on a Virginia Department of Transportation traffic camera, recorded the odd sight of a couple equines enjoying some breakfast along the shoulder of Interstate 395 near Glebe Road this morning. Apparently, the owner of the horses let them out to graze while repairs were made to a tire on the horses’ trailer which had gone flat.
