Photo by msdeenaMPD has a roundup of areas, categorized by police districts, where officers are working traffic patrols because of identified safety hazards, like downed trees, which can cause dangerous downed power lines. MPD is still asking all residents to stay off city streets while damages are assessed. MPD has also provided a list of five shelters that will be made available as needed for people displaced from their homes by the hurricane.
