ART: Tonight’s Phillips After 5 event at the Phillips Collection (1600 21st Street NW) will feature a screening of five animated films nominated for this year’s Academy Awards from 6:30-8 p.m. The night will also celebrate the work of Kandinsky with Russian food and drink and a gallery talk on his 1912 trip to Moscow and how that affected his art. 5-8:30 p.m. $12.
