My, how we forget so readily the water-logged events of this past week. The sun peaking through the window, casting shadows of wrapped and unused umbrellas is a two-fold, gentle reminder that brighter days are ahead of us. Street vendors selling umbrellas have had their day in the sun, or lack thereof, now it’s time for sun umbrella vendors.
