Toki Underground will be hosting Chef Eddie Huang of New York’s Baohaus for a pop-up event on October 14 and 15 starting at 7 p.m. on Friday, and 5 p.m. on Saturday. Huang and Chef Erik Bruner-Yang will work the line together with a menu consisting only of Toki’s ramen items with Huang cranking out his Chairman Bao, Haus Bao, BirdHaus Bao, and vegetarian Uncle Jesse Bao.

Chef Huang might be best known outside of NYC for his Twitter feed, Top Chef commentary on Eater, and the epic letter from his mom about the less-than-great review of Baohaus Xiao Ye in the New York Times.
