Jose Andres, perhaps inspired by the swanky green room he lounged in before making an appearance on Conan earlier this week, will soon be giving the Penn Quarter branch of his Jaleo chain a brand new look. Tom Sietsema reports that the iconic restaurateur might get started on the remodel — one which he describes as having a “Dali-like, modern, provocative look” and includes typically playful Andres touches like modern outdoor benches and a foosball table — as soon as next January’s Restaurant Week ends.
