STORYTELLING: And I Am Not Lying is an evening of storytelling (with storytellers from The Moth and This American Life), comedy and burlesque at the Black Cat (1811 14th Street NW). 8 p.m. $12.

FUNDRAISER: WGirls DC will raise breast cancer awareness and a pint at the Beers for Boobs happy hour fundraiser at The Front Page (1333 New Hampshire Avenue NW). Proceeds will be donated to the Capital Breast Care Center. 6-9 p.m. $10.

PARTY: The Wonderland Ballroom’s (1101 Kenyon Street NW) Day of the Dead event will feature Chocolate City Beer’s Day of the Dead beer, Cerveza Nacional Dark Vienna Lager, and live music from The Highballers. 9 p.m.

FOOD & DRINK: J&G Steakhouse (515 15th Street NW) celebrates the flavors of fall at tonight’s four-course wine dinner. Sink your teeth into parsnip soup, rice cracker crusted tuna, grilled lamb chops and a green apple crisp. Each course is paired with a different wine. 7 p.m. $115 (includes tax and tip).

CABARET: Moonshine Cabaret brings the speakeasy experience, along with “amazing feats of danger, music, comedy, burlesque, and vaudeville,” to the Red Palace (1212 H Street NE). Doors 9 p.m., show 9:30 p.m. $10.

MUSIC: Lael Neale and Trevor Garrod perform bittersweet folk tunes as The Lever and Rail at DC9 (1940 9th Street NW). The Silent Comedy also takes the stage. 9 p.m. $8.
