ART: The Phillips Collection (1600 21st Street NW) presents the next installment of its Phillips After 5 series tonight, featuring an Experiment Station where you can learn to express your creativity, a gallery talk and a magic show. 5-8:30 p.m. Tickets: $12.

CRAFTS: Handi-Hour is back at Renwick Gallery (17th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue NW), and features crafts and craft beers from ChurchKey. 5:30-7:30 p.m. $15 (includs 2 drinks, craft supplies, and snacks).
