Here it is, video footage of the traditional Presidential turkey pardon. This year’s tom is a 45-pounder named Liberty, who will live out the remainder of his life on George Washington’s old farm in Mount Vernon. For what it’s worth, Liberty didn’t really appear too excited about being spared, but that’s probably because he’s, you know, a turkey.
