If you’re planning a trip that involves jumping on the Blue, Orange or Red lines this weekend, budget a little extra time — there’s plenty of work going on.

Starting at 10 p.m. tonight and running through Monday, there won’t be any Blue/Orange service between L’Enfant Plaza and Eastern Market; shuttle buses will be offered as an alternative. On the Red Line, single-tracking will happen in two places: between Dupont Circle and Van Ness-UDC and between Takoma and Forest Glen.
