Everyone now knows that Brittany Norwood wove together some pretty fantastic lies to try and convince police and the public that her Lululemon co-worker Jayna Murray had been killed by two masked intruders. It didn’t take long for police in Montgomery County to start finding enough holes in her story that the whole thing eventually fell apart.
Today NBC4 posted videos of some of those interrogations, including segments where Norwood’s lies start catching up to her. WJLA has raw footage of some of the interviews, and also got security camera footage from the Apple store next door, where workers are seen approaching the wall shared by the two stores and listening at what were Murray’s screams for help.
In October, the Washington Times profiled one of the detectives that questioned Norwood, the Post profiled the other.
Norwood was recently sentenced to life in prison without a chance of parole.
