St. Patty’s is coming to the District a week early. The parade and St. Patty’s Day 8K run will shut down Seventh Street between Constitution and Independence avenues from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Streets leading to Constitution Ave. will also be closed during this time period.

>> Hazmat Crews responded to BLT Steak on I Street NW after they received two suspicious envelopes holding white powder Saturday. One was benign and the other was sent to the FBI for further investigation. These two are the latest among several strange envelopes delivered to restaurants, schools and government agencies this week.
>> Last month, Barry Landau pleaded guilty to stealing thousands of archival documents. Now the National Archives Inspector General is offering amnesty to dealers who come forward and provide information about stolen documents purchased from Landau.
