CLASS: Fiola’s (601 Pennsylvania Avenue NW) new monthly mixology classes kick off tonight with “Whiskey Madness.” Participants will learn about whiskey’s history and enjoy a series of cocktails paired with a three-course meal featuring dishes designed to go with the drinks.
