The Rock n’ Roll Marathon is this morning so be prepared for street closures and crowded metros, also be prepared to sporadically cheer for the participants who are running a long ass way this morning.

He has been updating his followers about life behind bars as well as information about witnesses. The latter fact has authorities concerned that he may be trying to influence the trial.

>> Sen. Barbara Mikulski of Maryland is officially the longest-serving woman in congress. She will be honored on the Senate floor Wednesday for her 35 years of service in both the House of Representatives and the Senate. The 75-year-old was first elected to the House of Representatives in 1976.

>> The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s office of law enforcement is warning boaters to give whales off the Virginia coast a little room to swim. They advise observing the marine mammals, especially the endangered North Atlantic right whale, from a safe distance of 100 to 500 feet.

>> After reaching a record high for March on Thursday, D.C. was among the colder areas in the region Friday, failing to reach 60 degrees.
