Photo by BrianMKAPHOTOGRAPHY: The 6th annual DCist Exposed Photography Show kicks off tonight and we’re celebrating with two opening nights tonight and tomorrow. While you peruse the winning photos enjoy free beer (generously donated by DC Brau and Churchkey), wine, snacks, and music (DJ Sequoia). Many of the DCist staff will be helping out (including moi, serving wine), so come by and say hi. 6:00-10:00 p.m. Tickets: $10 in advance, $15 at the door (if not sold out).

STORYTELLING: Story League is holding their fifth storytelling contest, on the topic of Divas at Busboys and Poets (2021 14th Street NW) tonight. Submit your 100-word story online, or at the show, to compete. 9:00-10:30 p.m. $10.
DANCE: Shen Yun: Reviving 5,000 Years of Civilization comes to the the Kennedy Center (2700 F Street NW) tonight through April 1. Come out for over one hundred dancers, drums, brilliant costumes, and more. 7:30 p.m. Tickets: $50-$250.
FOOD & DRINK: Adour (923 16th Street NW) is hosting a Cherry Blossom Wine Class this evening, exploring Pinot Noirs from around the world. 6:00-7:30 p.m. and 8:00-9:30 p.m. $60.
MOVIE: The Alden in McLean (1234 Ingleside Avenue McLean, VA) continues its silent films series, Classics of the Silent Screen, with a screening of Orphans of the Storm paired with live accompaniment. 8:00 p.m. Tickets: $10.
