Happy Exposed Day, everyone! I hope you’re all ready for the sixth (!) installment of the DCist Exposed Photography Show, opening tonight. This orangutan certainly looks ready to go (thanks, Chris Rief aka Spodie Odie).

Thanks to our sponsors for helping us put on another great event: DC Brau and Churchkey, who will be providing some great beers; Long View Gallery, whose space is fantastic; printing partner BaseCamp; and Ten Miles Square.

Some things you should know: online ticket sales will be open until 12:45 p.m. for tonight’s show. There will be $15 dollar tickets at the door, but ticket holders get in first. Door tickets will only be available as long as there is space in the gallery. There’s still tickets for tomorrow, so go buy some. Programs for the event are available online and at the gallery, and look stunning thanks to the work of Johanna Ostrich.

I hope you all get to go during our two opening night, but if you can’t make it, be sure to wander down there during regular gallery hours until April 1. Our photographers are great, and you should see their pictures hanging in a fantastic setting.
