PHOTOGRAPHY: Weren’t able to make the first reception for DCist Exposed? Or made it, but had so much fun you want to do it again? You’re in luck. Head to Longview Gallery (1234 9th Street NW) for the second DCist Exposed reception tonight, complete with 40 amazing photographs, free beer from DC Brau and Churchkey, and music from DJ Sequoia. 6:00-10:00 p.m. Tickets: $10 in advance, $15 at the door.

FOOD & DRINK: Help Sprinkles Georgetown (3015 M Street) celebrate their first anniversary in D.C. by eating a free cupcake. Stop by between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to meet founder Candace Nelson. 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Free.

SPORTS: After the Wizards take on the Indiana Pacers at the Verizon Center (601 F Street NW) tonight, you can take to the court for a game of dodgeball, organized by DC Social Sports. Basketball game at 7:00 p.m., dodgeball afterward, around 9:30 p.m. $25 (includes a ticket to the basketball game and post-game dodgeball).

TALK: Tonight 16 “artists, technologists, entrepreneurs, and philosophers” will have five minutes on stage at the Town Danceboutique (2009 8th Street NW) to give a talk using 20 slides changing every 15 seconds. Come hear what they have to say about social networking for weight loss, making a career through middle school angst, a case for doodling, and more at this Ignite DC #9 event. 6:00-11:00 p.m. $30 (must be purchased online before the event).

MUSIC: Purity Ring and Ava Luna play the Red Palace (1212 H Street NE) tonihgt. 8:00 p.m. $14.
