>> Locally-based singer Debórah Bond garnered a good deal of attention with the remix to her song, “You Are The One” and latest release, Madam Palindrome. She’s performing twice tonight at Bohemian Caverns. $10. 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.

>> “Luchini (This Is It)” made Camp Lo one of hip-hop’s more memorable groups. They’ll be at Liv with local group Gods’Illa and Supa Qool DJ Quartermaine. $15 in advance / $20 at the door. 9 p.m.

>> Soul Call Paul hosts another night of vintage soul on vinyl with “Doin’ The Greasy Dee-Cee.” The venue is the Black Cat‘s backstage. $5. 9:30 p.m.

>> House legend Todd Terry has made a name for himself as a DJ and producer but also as a remixer, most notably for “Missing.” The Brooklyn native will join our local DJ legend, Sam “The Man” Burns, for the latest edition of “Red Fridays” at U Street Music Hall. $10. 10 p.m.

>> Baltimore’s DJ Neil Kurland specializes in spinning the bouncy, house-based dance music that’s become synonymous with his city. He’ll be at the Rock and Roll Hotel for a late set. Free. 11:30 p.m.

>> Yasiin Bey, the artist formerly and better known as Mos Def, is back in town serving as one of the performers constituting the rebooted Howard Theatre‘s first week artist lineup. $45 in advance / $50 the day of the show. 11:30 p.m.

>> The Roots are frequent visitors to the D.C. area and this time their trip includes one show tonight and another Monday. The Philly legends will be at the Howard Theatre for both performances. $55. 7 p.m.
