MUSIC: The Cranberries have sold out their show with Vintage Trouble at the 9:30 Club (815 V Street NW) tonight. In fact, it’s quite a sold out week at 9:30, with Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros on Tuesday, James Morrison on Wednesday, and SOJA on Friday and Saturday, all sold out.

>> Eatonville Restaurant (2121 14th Street NW) continues their Food & Folklore dinner series by “Celebrating the Kentucky Derby” with a three-course Southern food dinner and special guest artist Tim Hinton, who has created a series of paintings of black jockeys. 6:30-9:00 p.m. $45 (plus tax and tip).

WEDNESDAY: Story League hosts a storytelling contest on the topic of “Psychic Phenomena and Other Weird Things” at Busboys and Poets (2021 14th Street NW) this Wednesday. 9:00-10:30 p.m. Tickets: $10.

THURSDAY: Past Tense yoga studio (3253 Mt. Pleasant Street NW) begins its Spring Training four-part series of yoga classes for athletes this Thursday. Each class focuses on specific muscle groups used by certain sports. Thursday’s class is geared towards runners, tennis players, and kickballers, and will target the feet, legs, hips, and hampstrings. $30 in advance for each class (or $35 day-of), or $100 for all four sessions. 8:15-9:45 p.m.

FRIDAY: Artomatic brings visual art, music, film, performance, and fashion to Crystal City (1851 S. Bell Street) beginning this Friday with an opening night kickoff and continuing through June 23rd. Check out the full events calendar to see what’s going on. 6:00 p.m.

SATURDAY: The Washington Ballet performs Once Upon A Time, a performance based on different fairytales, at the THEARC Theater (1901 Mississippi Avenue SE) this Saturday and Sunday at 1:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Tickets: $50.
