The film, by D.C. filmmakers Ben Crosbie and Tessa Moran, focuses on the H Street institution, Men’s Fashion Center, which is currently struggling to survive. 7 p.m. Free.
YOGA: Past Tense yoga studio (3253 Mt. Pleasant Street NW) begins its Spring Training four-part series of yoga classes for athletes this Thursday. Each class focuses on specific muscle groups used by certain sports. Tonight’s class is geared towards runners, tennis players, and kickballers, and will target the feet, legs, hips, and hampstrings. $30 in advance for each class (or $35 day of), or $100 for all four sessions. 8:15 to 9:45 p.m.
