The forecast says it’ll be sunny and in the high 70s this Sunday, but it’ll be a gray day. DC Grey Market, that is. The “small business incubator” will have 25 vendors selling a variety of fare from flatbread sandwiches to lollipop brownies. The market will be held outside near Howard University at 733 Euclid Street NW from 12 to 4 p.m. The admission fee is $2.
