>> Chuck Brown’s public viewing begins today at 11 a.m. at the Howard Theatre. Fans of the late Godfather of Go-Go will have until 10 p.m. tonight to give Brown a personal sendoff. Several streets near the theater will be closed to traffic today, including T Street NW between Ninth Street and Florida Avenue, and Seventh and Eighth streets between S Street and Florida Avenue.
