After being confined indoors during the savage storms that plundered through the D.C.-area last Friday evening, people just wanted to go outside the next day. And many of them did. At yesterday’s Taste of Georgetown, hundreds of people poured into south of M Street on Wisconsin Avenue NW. They stood in long lines not just for Georgetown Cupcakes (believe it or not), but also for burgers, pasta and paella.
