>> After more than three decades on the bench in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Judge Ricardo Urbina hung up his robes last month. The Post reports that it wasn’t for lack of ability—at 66, Urbina seems as healthy as ever—but because he grew tired of handing down sentences that left him with a “feeling that he was never given the proper tools to rehabilitate offenders.”
