It’s been awhile since our epic Three Stars interview with Frau Eva, but one thing that we remember from the experience is their painstaking attention to detail. That attention is obvious in everything from the whimsical artistic design of their website to their album packaging and of course, the instrumentation on their jazz-folk arrangements. Their album release show at the Black Cat isn’t until next week, but we’re premiering the video for one of their new songs, “Underwater,” today. The psychedelic projections and plants placed throughout their studio give it a summery glow that complements the song’s jaunty trumpet and bass.
