
Former D.C. Council Chair Kwame Brown didn’t say anything after he resigned last night, and he’s likely not to speak until after tomorrow’s court appearance. This morning, though, he did manage to tweet out two messages—about comments he made at Chuck Brown’s memorial service last week.
