Yep, that’s a picture of Pauly Shore—star of classics such as Bio-Dome, Jury Duty and Encino Man—posing in front of the Washington Monument. (He was also down at the Lincoln Monument, surrounded by what looks like fans.) What is the weaselly comedian doing in our fair city?

Looks like he’s shooting some footage for an upcoming Showtime special, Pauly-tics, which will be filmed on June 30 in two sets at the 9:30 Club. Tickets, not surprisingly, are still plentiful.
