Drivers are once again warned to avoid Capital Beltway’s outer loop this weekend. “Officials say the thru lanes on the outer loop, also designated I-95 North, will be closed approaching Alexandria from Friday at 9 p.m. to Monday at 5 a.m., unless weather requires postponement.” [WJLA]
