MUSIC: Last week, Fiona Apple relased her first album in seven years, titled The Idler Wheel Is Wiser Than the Driver of the Screw and Whipping Cords Will Serve You More Than Ropes Will Ever Do. Tonight, she performs new songs, and lots of the old ones that made her famous, at the Warner Theatre (513 13th Street NW). Singer-songwriter, and guitarist in Fiona’s band, Blake Mills, opens. 8:00 p.m. $55-$75.
