Angel Ayala Cerros, 28, of Alexandria, Va. is still missing after a boat capsized off Chesapeake Beach in the wake of Friday’s storm. The other boaters in his group were rescued Saturday morning. “The four people who were rescued were wearing life jackets when the boat capsized, according to NRP.
