Troll Tax are a jangley band that look forward as much as they look back. The band will headline Fort Reno tonight, and you should totally brave the heat and catch them. Today’s song of the day, “Nook’s is Open All Night,” is a cut billed as a song from their upcoming record. It is a danceable track with awesome female and male vocals blended with a kick ass organ breakdown. I found the track’s pop hooks and jangly style to recall Kiwi bands like The Bats and The Clean.
