Surfer Blood has been touring almost non-stop since releasing its debut record all the way back in January 2010. The Florida four-piece haven’t put out that much more material aside from a pretty great stop-gap EP last year, Tarot Classics, but they are making their way back to D.C. for the umpteenth time tonight at Rock and Roll Hotel. Today’s song of the day is a Pixies-ish cut off their EP, “Miranda” which finds the band fine tuning their sound to more power-pop ventures.
