Brooklyn’s Ava Luna is a seven-piece band led by soul-man Carlos Hernandez that makes future-R&B in the vein of The Dirty Projectors and Jamie Lidell. The band is coming through DC9 tonight, and while it may not fit on the venue’s tiny stage, it’s are sure to get feet dancing. The band recently released a new album, Ice Level, but the band took the time to make a new song for the video blog Shaking Through.
