Are you the kind of person who wants to do more public speaking but might need a little polishing before hitting the lecture circuit? Perhaps you need your own mock amphitheater.

Consider racing over to Arlington this afternoon and nabbing this free pulpit left for the taking by Christ Church of Arlington, PCA. I passerby snapped this photo and sent it to us. The pulpit appears to be sturdily built and undamaged, but it needs a new home.

Could be good for a theater prop, scolding your kids, yelling at students or, well, we suppose it could also be repurposed for another house of worship.

The church is located at 3020 North Pershing Drive in Arlington. You’ll probably need to bring a flatbed.
