Being “green” may not be easy, but today’s expo that features panels on how to lead a environmentally and socially-conscious lifestyle may provide more insight.
The Green Living Expo just started this morning at the University of the District of Columbia. But it’s an all-day event so there’s still time to participate, including a “Green Homes Eco” tour.
In its fourth year, the expo was created by Green Living DC with the goal of “connecting residents with green technologies, products and organizations during a fun family-friendly community event,” according to the group’s website.
My knowledge of this event came from a Twitter post just moments ago. So if you’re willing to learn how to live a “green” life, hurry to Van Ness. The event is free.
