Based on last night’s crowd at the Nationals Stadium, it seemed like most of Washington rocked out with The Boss. Or, perhaps, with Marion Barry.

But there were a few who may have opted for the low-key activity of meandering around the National Mall. Like these DCist Flickr pool contributors. They contributed stunning photos of the monuments at night and their mirrored images from the reflecting pool.

As for Geoff Livingston’s photo, it may have been taken a few days ago, but it’s still a beautiful golden image from the other end of the park. It’s definitely a good one to bookend the gallery.
