Photo by TheRobbStoryBEER: Maryland’s Flying Dog brewery and the Scottish brewing iconoclasts BrewDog have declared war across the Pond to do battle with a novel concept: to create an IPA, known for a bitterness that so many of us love, without any International Bitterness Units (IBUs). Each of these Zero IBU IPAs will be on tap at RFD (810 7th Street NW) Tuesday night for you to taste test. BrewDog’s James Watt and Flying Dog’s Matt Brophy will also be on hand to chat about the beers.

DEBATE: Obama and Romney spar off in the second presidential debate this evening, and watch parties are being held all around the city (like all of the Busboys and Poets locations).
