>> Jeanne Clarke Harris, a former political consultant to Mayor Vince Gray who pleaded guilty to taking part in a shadow campaign that helped Gray win the 2010 mayoral election, has had her day in court delayed. Harris was originally scheduled to go before a federal judge on Wednesday; instead, The Washington Examiner reports, she’ll apear in court on December 17.

>> Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton, the District’s lone non-voting representative in Congress, is running for her 12th term in that seat. Two weeks ahead of Election Day, the Post gives Norton’s firebrand style a long look. She is expected to win re-election by a wide margin.

>> Last weekend, the Metropolitan Police Department rolled out its “All Hands on Deck Initiative,” in which additional officers were placed on duty. But it turns out there were more hands on people’s wallets and possessions, as there were 21 more robberies last weekend than the previous weekend, The Washington Times reports.
