Things are starting to get back to normal in D.C. Not only has Metro announced that it will resume service at 2 p.m., but Capital Bikeshare will be back online at 1 p.m. and car-sharing service car2go has allowed rentals again as of 10 a.m. Be forewarned, though—car2go’s restrictions on parking in flood prone areas remain in effect, so if you need to park one of the SmartCars, don’t do so at sea level.

Additionally, the $15 flat surcharge on taxicab fares imposed yesterday was lifted as of noon, and Circulator buses will start, well, circulating at 2 p.m.
