>> Janitors at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center haven’t been paid in two weeks, and today their union is staging a rally over the shortchanging, the Post reports. The 250 custodians work for a contractor which, in turn, says it hasn’t received its federal payments. The rally is set for 3:30 outside the Medical Center Metro station.
